I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy, and I consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of my personal information by Piteous in accordance with PIPEDA and, where applicable, other privacy laws.

No Legal Advice

I understand that The Muslim Will does not provide legal advice, and that all documents generated are for informational and document generation purposes only.

No Solicitor-Client or Advisory Relationship

I understand that my use of the platform does not create a solicitor-client, lawyer-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship with Piteous or The Muslim Will.

No Guarantee of Enforceability

I understand that there is no guarantee that any document prepared will be legally valid or enforceable, or accepted by a court or other authority.

Scholar Review Disclaimer

I understand that any reference to scholar review or Shariah validation does not constitute a fatwa, religious ruling, or legal decree, and that Islamic interpretation may differ.

Governing Law & Court Authority

I understand that Ontario law governs the enforceability of wills generated using the platform, and that courts may override distributions, including due to special or dependent rights.

User Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the accuracy of the information I provide, and for ensuring proper execution, witnessing, and storage of my will.

Electronic Consent & Records

I consent to the use of electronic records, digital acknowledgements, and electronic signatures, and understand that my consent will be recorded with a timestamp, IP address, jurisdiction, and platform version.

Final Consent

I confirm that I am legally competent, acting voluntarily, and of sound mind, and that I agree to proceed with the use of The Muslim Will platform.
